DOMINICA RECEIVES REGION’S BEST OVERALL SCORE IN THE BASEL INDEX
Dominica receives Region’s best overall score in the 2022 Basel Index. The Caribbean, in general, fared poorly worldwide, with Haiti, the Bahamas and Saint Kitts and Nevis, ranking towards the bottom. However, Dominica topped the Americas’ rankings, outpacing the World average on corruption, bribery, political and legal, and general money laundering risk.
